EU Funding Goals

Over the next 2 years, we aim to deepen our understanding of EU project frameworks through partnerships, and further enhance skills in circular economy (CE), social innovation, and inclusive employment, focusing on job creation, green skills, and upcycling furniture, paint, textile, waste.

By year 5, our goal is to coordinate projects that raise awareness of sustainability through education and training while establishing a Centre of Excellence for Circular Economy Shopping Mall in Ireland. This will support local job creation through repurposing, repair, and reuse initiatives.

Within 10 years, we aspire to become a recognised leader in CE in the Midlands Region.  We aim to lead multi-partner projects to deliver scalable, high-impact CE solutions that drive economic, environmental, and social value across the midlands region. Through these steps, we will embed sustainability into our workforce development and community regeneration.

Strengths

Following 27 years of engaging and supporting marginalised communities through tailored employment, training, and integration services, EDIC/REVAMP offers expertise in training & education, upcycling, social enterprise, and circular economy practices.

We provide access to hard-to-reach groups, including the long-term unemployed, migrants, and low-skilled individuals, in supporting them into mainstream education/employment.

With a strong community ethos, a skilled workforce, and committed volunteers, we bring practical insight and implementation capacity.

We offer valuable experience in job placement, mentoring, and sustainability education - adding real impact focused on social innovation, green skills, and circular economy solutions.
